We only host one show a year. The first full weekend in November. We are NOT associated with other shows that may use the same location. For information about these shows contact that show's promoter.

If you wish to have tables or space at the 2026 show you will need to submit a completed registration, including a signed copy of the train show policies. You are considered a vendor if your primary activity at the show is selling. Vendors are required to submit a 25% deposit at the time of registration. If you withdraw after being placed in the show your deposit is non-refundable until we can resale the tables that have been reserved for you. You will be advised of your status.
If you main activity is a display supporting your organization you can be considered an exhibitor. Any questions concerning which one you are should be directed to the show management. Email or text is the best way to contact us.
